Property renovation within the current building. e.g. Kitchen, Bathrooms etc. Choosing renovation will include minor internall wall modifications, new flooring, paint work and window modifications but will NOT include the cost to build the home. If your project is mix of adding new rooms to the existing home and renovating existing rooms, choose "Addition".

The addition tab includes adding NEW bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen or living areas off the front, rear or side of the same level of your existing home. The addition tab is also selected when there’s a combination of additional rooms and renovations to existing areas.

A strucutral extension (upper storey) or second storey addition is when you have an existing house and you would like to add another story to the top of your existing home. This tab is also selected when there’s a combination of adding a second story and renovations to existing lower story areas.

Is when you have a lightweight, timber weatherboard type home and you’re wanting to raise it higher and build another storey below the existing house. This tab is also selected when there’s a combination of raising, building under and renovations to existing upper areas.

Is a brand new custom single storey home to be built. Your home will be designed and built on one level only and generally wouldn't need any stairs throughout the home design.

Represents a new custom home that is built on a sloping block. Your home will be designed and built to suit the natural angle of your land.

Is a brand new two storey home. Your home will be designed and built with two storeys which will include a staircase somewhere in your home design. This option can also be used for a two storey addition to your existing home.
